Unless you have some sort of a top secret clearance, I don't see how you can arbitrarily commit to a 25 year period. But then again, if you have nothing to hide, no problemo, you know?
IMO, I think that the military and bodies of government have technology that's far more advanced then you and I will ever know about. I mean, if google and other companies can zoom in on your license plate from outer space...
