Perhaps most of this forum doesn't use CarPlay or Android Auto, where many interactions are much quicker via touchscreen. However, there is a market for this, as evidenced not only in this thread but
for practically every car model you search for on Amazon.
The issue is
not touching the screen, it's being able to spend ~$15 to regularly wipe the screen off without the risk of scratching the hell out of the glass. I'm not quite sure what's crazy about that.
