My thoughts are, will I need to upgrade with modified adaptors or supporting items I.e. brake servo etc to make it all work properly like the came with them

1st link is from an f3x and the 2nd link is from f8x

the calipers are the same but the discs from an f8x are 380mm front/370mm rear as opposed to 370mm front/345mm rear on f3x - you can run the larger discs with an adapter to fit the caliper in the right place, but future brake jobs will be more expensive as brakes for M cars are more expensive in general.

Easiest option would be to go for the 1st link/f3x brakes as you won't really require anything extra, just coding
