Wheel clearance isn't a problem, haven't changed anything that could possibly interfere with the wheel. Worst case is a wide 18" could rub against the bigger duct a little on the side. 19" isn't a problem at all.
I can sell the big part of the backing plate separately, I'm working on a caliper holder for the bigger brakes though. If you don't want to wait just send me a PM.
