359M are a direct bolt on, use the same lug bolts as the 220M, and spacers are not needed. If you prefer a more flushed look then you can add spacers. I wouldn’t run a spacer thicker than 12 mm but I’d recommend 10 mm (if used, please verify the 10 mm is sitting flush with the brake rotor mounting face).
359M is one of BMW’s best looking OEM wheels.
