Hi everyone,

I got a new blackvue d770x and im struggling to connect it to the cloud. I added the camera to the backvue app, but then when trying to connect to wifi it wasnt displaying my phones personal hotspot. So i tried connecting to the BMW wifi and that worked like for 1 minute and then wouldnt connect again.

Now everytime I try and connect, my phone says “connect to blackvue xxxx” and I say yes, then it waits and throws a connection failed message. Its like my phone cannot handle connecting to blackvue thru its wifi and then try and display its personal hotspot as well.

Can someone advise how they used their phone to not only connect to the camera wifi but then which hotspot they connected to?
