Angry BMW Roadside non-assistance!

I don't know if any of you have encountered such a debacle with BMW, so be aware. I have been driving BMW's since 2011 and have purchased many in that time (10 to be exact, client advisor loves me...). Previous encounters with roadside assistance have been good until now. On 11 May 23, my wife sustained a 5" spike embedded in one of her X3's run-flat tires during her daily 52 mile commute. The tire went zero pressure 20 miles into the drive. She continued on to work-cautiously! We contacted BMW roadside assistance for help and encountered repeated episodes of misinformation and ineptness. After 4.5 hours of waiting for a tow, and repeated calls, a BMW roadside specialist suggested we track down a tow company ourselves. FAIL! Tired of waiting, I googled local tow companies near her job, and one responded in less than 15 minutes. Her X3 was towed to the nearest BMW dealership (40 miles away) for a tire replacement. We then contacted BMW customer service about the encounter with roadside, and they stated we could be reimbursed for the towing charge. I was sent a form to fill out and return along with the tow receipt and tire service receipt. All paperwork was completed and sent in electronically on 15 May. On 26 June after not receiving reimbursement, I contacted roadside assistance, which stated a check was sent out on 5 June. Turns out the check went to an incorrect street address and zip code. (I have been at the same address since I began purchasing BMW's) FAIL! Roadside assistance stated they would void the check and resend another after confirming my correct address on 26 June. It is now 27 July and I still haven't received reimbursement! I understand customer service is lacking nowadays but damn, this should be simple for BMW. Sorry for the length but I had to share.
