Hi Everyone
I purchased a nicely loaded, CPO G05 M50i (2020) from a dealer in N Va with 43k miles.

When I took it for MD state inspection the report indicated that the vehicle requires a coolant flush because the coolant is past it useful life and is very dirty. It also mentioned that the Differential Fluids should be replaced.

I reached back out to the dealer but they are trying to side step by claiming that all CPO checklist checks were completed. I wrote a detailed email to the general manager and the pre-owned dept manager requesting that these two issues be addressed (also so I have documentary evidence if something went wrong in near future due to these two issues). No response from them yet.

Any suggestions? Should I be reaching out to BMW USA?

ps - If I cannot resolve this issue with the dealership then I will get this done on my own dime ofcourse.
