yes, it is definitely personal usage. I use the rear door unlock everyday, multiple times day. Can I live without? sure. but it is a major inconvenience. Cruise steps, I don't mess with it often enough to care yet. For rear seat fold latch, I don't fold rear fold because I have two car seats there, so completely doesn't matter to me.
