Remote Software Upgrade

Hello all,
I’ve recently received notification of a new software update that I’ve downloaded to my phone (iPhone13)
When trying to upload the update to the car via the MyBMW app is telling me there is no WiFi connection and therefore can’t perform the update. I’ve tried all the usual reset the I idrive,removed and re-paired the phone and WiFi both Bluetooth and WiFi are active but still no luck.
Has anyone come across this before and is the a fix? Called the BMW Connected drive team and they had no idea. Called the dealer and they are useless.
