Whilst not phased either way, I don't think it's Markus Flasch who's to blame for less than desirable design language.
In the end, Markus would be more responsible for the broader functioning of M-division, including engineering and dynamics of the lineup as well as marketing and future strategies, than he would any single aspect such as design.
Respectfully, he's the CEO, not the quality control or design manager.
During a recent interview with Top Gear, van Hooydonk was asked if he and his team would ever design a production car similar to the brand’s stunning Hommage concept cars. The answer was a definitive no.
