Looks interesting. My stock cap has a drain bolt in it as well, but it has been stripped at some point in the past, so I cant take advantage of it.

The idea to not use the special oil filter socket is nice, as at least the one I have is super tight, so it becomes a fight to get it off of the cap when done.

The one concern that I have, it may be very easy to overtighten, and crack the upper oil pan right there. Definitely an item for people who are careful about torque values, not someone who goes to a shop for oil changes.
