Here’s the thing. It’s ok for companies to experiment, but there’s an extreme that should not be reached, yet BMW decided to do it anyways. The reason why German cars appeal to me more than other cars is because they’re understated. German cars aren’t made to draw attention to themselves. They’re made for the driver to have confidence in his machine. When it comes to BMW, a simple sedan shouldn’t be as preposterously designed like this. It looks as if BMW’s designers were trying too hard to make a “cool” car. In reality, we all know the 2GC isn’t for the true BMW audience. It’s for the people who buy the car for the badge instead of the experience.
