Yeah I realised that after but still imagine in a new home construction with no garage yet. Imagine if like under the conrete it's all enclosed inside the box. Couldn't you plop in the box then pour around.
But yeah I guess it's not to practical to install if concrete is already there.... but man that lifts looks sick doesn't have posts in the way.
