Only real specialized tool is a compressor with an air blower tool with a tapered tip to remove the piston. Just shove the tip into the brake line hole after you remove it to push out the piston. I did use a flat head screw driver to push the dust seal into place around the areas I could not access with my fingers, but I would hardly call that a specialized tool.
