If it is warped rotors you will feel feedback in the pedal. It shouldn't shake the car.
I swapped my rotors and pads and they started to warped fairly soon. But they stopped after a while of normal use.

The actual car vibrates, yes, which led me to change my rear rotors, whihc did not solve the issue still.
