It's a fairly simple section 4a public order offence, plus whatever driving offences there are on top.
If the police are on the ball they should send someone out to take a statement, check anpr to see if the vehicle has been driven lately and if it's registered to anyone, also the aggrieved should provide any witness details for further statements and any other evidence she has too.
Call 101 to report it as it's not ongoing or an emergency.
