You've got a bad brake pressure sensor. It's located in the DSC module I believe. The sensor itself is fairly pricey at $150 for BMW; an OEM one, if it exists, would be cheaper.
Your car is completely safe to drive, DSC just might not function and that annoying warning will happen randomly.

Depending where you live I might want DSC fully functioning, also if the car believes DSC is not available you cannot use cruise control
