I think DTC puts more Traction on, since the word "Traction" will be on the dashboard.
I've also noticed this to improve my 0-60 and 1/4 mile time.
So I'm guessing more traction on the grip better in the snow.
I haven't tried this in the snow, but I will.
DTC allows spin (as mentioned above). I would think this is useful in slow speed situations- not necessarily high-way speeds on snow covered/dusted roads.

Is that right?
