I initially lowered my E90 with H&R Sports, using my stock Sports Package struts/shocks. It wasn't bouncy. In fact, it was too stiff for all the driving I do so I sold them and put on Eibach Pro Kit springs and I'm a lot happier. Still riding on stock Sports Package struts/shocks. (that link in your first post is for the H&R Race Springs, which are lower and stiffer than the Sport Springs)
