The low Biz Class fares are only out of LAX,SFO,DEN,LGA, and a few others. Here's some more info:

You're not going to be able to get the low fares out of ATL. My itenirary outbound is LAX-CDG-VIE. Inbound is VIE-AMS-JFK-LAX. The ticket to get me to/from LAX is going to cost me about $500.
