If you mean the car sat too long thats one thing, but what you describe is physically impossible.
OP go for the lowest mileage car you can find within your budget. Less mileage is more important than the model year, imo.

Example... I friend of mine purchased his 2010 M3 new. He only drives it on the weekends and tracks it quite often. Any other time, he drives his c63 or the family truck. His M3 will be for sale very soon and it only has 9000 miles.
